Duchess had escaped from the two-legs. At the time she didn't know they were moving. She had been wandering around the forest for a few hours before sitting down because she had gotten herself lost. This was her first time outside of the house and she had to ruin it in one shot. Her parents had been calling her name before she had gone far enough in the forest to no longer be able to hear them. She was starting to become tired and sat down. There was a noise coming towards her and she got up and started running away from it. Getting farther and farther into the forest she took another break and a few minutes later heard another noise and stood up and started running again. Little did she know that she had just passed by two clans, MistClan and HeatherClan. The young she-cat was becoming really tired now. She was taking in each and every breath, on a new territory, little did she know that she had ran into another clan.
She heard yet another noise and instead of running away from it she decided it would be best to hide. Partly because she was to tired of running away. Somebody had caught her scent and was calling her out, she refused and a few minutes later somebody was pulling her out by force. If she wasn't so feisty she might have cried being scared for her life or something like that. "Let me go..." The young kit yelled, clearly tired of moving. The clan cat held her in his mouth instead of letting her down, smart too, because the she-cat discovered some energy and was waiting for the clan cat to put her down so that she could run away from the bunch of them. With a sigh she tried becoming relaxed, seeing as she wasn't going to be freed anytime soon. "Let go of me." She spoke more calmly in a cute kit voice, seeing as she was still a kit being three moons old.
The leader of the patrol seemed to be pondering something as they were trying to decide if they should bring the kit back or leave her here all alone. Rushing to bring the kit back into camp didn't seem to come into mind, or that is what Duchess was thinking as she looked at the face of the cat in charge. All she wanted was to be let go so that she could return home, even though she didn't realize at the time her two-legs had moved even though she wasn't there to join them.
