For a litter of kittens to be successful, both parents must post in the birthing thread. Within reason, all stats of the kittens can be predetermined. If it's the middle of are hard leaf-bare, a she-cat isn't going to be able to have 5 healthy kits. In the event of an unknown physical or mental trait, the staff will decide it based on a dice roll at the time of evaluation.
